Welcome to my very first blog post (eva!). Since I’ve been working from home the past year, I’ve taken a great interest to cooking and baking. I hope to use this forum to write and showcase some of my culinary delights (and disasters), from the comfort of my own (tiny) kitchen.  I am inspired by many cooking resources out there – whether it is food blogs written by professionals & novices alike – to my library of assorted cookbooks catered to different lifestyles and cuisines.
